What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
Water bottle
Open mind and curiosity
Yoga Mat & Cushion or small beach chair (temple supplies cushion if needed and mats).
Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time. Parking permitted in driveway & street.
We can’t wait to learn, explore, reflect, and integrate together with you.
