Shamanic journeying (guided meditation) is perfect for people of all ages, who find meditation difficult and wish to be guided on a journey of self discovery and awareness. The sound bath compliments the vision quest by balancing, clearing and also activating your chakras and prana flow, in a deep relaxing state of the mind, body and spirit. The coherence of your mind and heart during this 1 hour of bliss creates the synergy for your spiritual connection. Please bring drink bottle, yoga mat & cushion (temple supplies cushion if needed). Parking permitted in driveway & street. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Address provided in the confirmation email.
